Intelligent lubrication systems with noise and wear monitoring

Our intelligent lubrication system combines top-of-rail conditioning with wheel flange lubrication. Continuous noise and wear monitoring, together with our AI model, means lubricant is applied only when it is genuinely needed. That guarantees maximum efficiency at minimum consumption.

Intelligent flange lubrication

Minimises friction between the wheel flange and the rail gauge face and reduces wear on both wheel and rail. It also cuts flanging noise, the somewhat more broadband “curve grinding” sound, as distinct from curve squeal.

Intelligent top-of-rail conditioning

Reduces rail head wear through targeted application of friction modifier. The system automatically identifies critical track sections and optimises material usage.

Noise and wear monitoring

Sophisticated algorithms locate and quantify specific types of noise and wear across the network, and track how each develops at the hotspots over time.

Monitor your entire fleet and infrastructure in real time. Our system continuously captures track and switch data, giving you full transparency over the condition of your vehicles and infrastructure.
